How to Install a Bidet Attachment in 10 Minutes — No Plumber, No Electricity Needed
Think Installing a Bidet Attachment Is Complicated? Think Again.
The EcoAqua Pro S5 is designed for easy DIY installation — no plumber, no electrician, and no special tools required. Follow this step-by-step guide and you'll be enjoying a cleaner bathroom experience in under 10 minutes.
What You'll Need
- Your EcoAqua Pro S5 bidet attachment (everything included in the box)
- A towel or small bucket (to catch any drips)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Turn off the water supply. Locate the shut-off valve behind your toilet and turn it clockwise until closed.
- Flush to empty the tank. This relieves pressure in the supply line.
- Disconnect the supply hose. Unscrew the hose from the bottom of the toilet tank. Have your towel ready for drips.
- Install the T-valve. Connect the included T-valve between the shut-off valve and the supply hose. Hand-tighten, then snug with a wrench — do not overtighten.
- Connect the bidet hose. Attach the S5's braided hose to the T-valve outlet. Hand-tighten.
- Remove the toilet seat. Unscrew the two bolts at the back of the seat.
- Position the S5. Slide the bidet attachment onto the toilet bowl mounting holes, aligning with the seat bolt holes.
- Reinstall the toilet seat. Replace the seat bolts through the S5 mounting plate and the seat hinges. Tighten securely.
- Connect the bidet hose to the S5. Attach the other end of the braided hose to the S5 inlet port.
- Turn the water back on. Open the shut-off valve slowly and check all connections for leaks.
Test and Adjust
Turn the S5 pressure dial to test the water stream. Adjust the nozzle position if needed. You're done.
