All orders are final upon shipment confirmation. Please verify product specifications carefully before placing your order.

Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Defective Returns: Returns for non-quality reasons are not accepted. We recommend requesting samples before placing bulk orders.

OEM & Custom Orders: All custom and OEM orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has been confirmed.

Restocking Fee: For approved returns (where applicable), a 15% restocking fee may apply.
